School Day

SCHOOL DAY

At Hollingwood we adhere to the goverment regulations to operate a minimum of 32.5 hours a week.

The gates open at 8.30am and remain open until 8.55 am. Doors open at 8.45 and registration across the school takes place at 8.55am.

The school day ends at 3.15pm for all children. The gates will be opened at 3 pm.

The school is responsible for the welfare of the children from when the doors open in the morning at 8:45am until the children leave at 3:15pm. Children need to be supervised in the playground before the doors open in the morning and once they are handed over at the end of the day.

Every class has a morning playtime lasting 15 minutes. Children have one hour for lunch which includes their time in the dining room plus time to play outside.

Tuesday – Celebrations Assembly / Good work / Class Assembly

Wednesday – Celebrations Assembly/ Good Work/ Class Assembly

Thursday – Singing  Assembly KS2

Friday – Singing Assembly KS1

 

 

Reception to Year 6 

Doors open – 8.45am

Lunchtime – Foundation & Key Stage 1 11.45 to 12.45

Key Stage 2 12.15pm to 1.15pm

Close – 3.15pm

The school week is 32 hours and 5 minutes.

NURSERY

Morning Session

Doors open for drop off – 8.30am to 8.45am

Close – 11.30am

Afternoon Session

Doors open for drop off – 12.15pm to 12.30pm

Close – 3.15pm
